Digital Training Product Pilot

What's in it for me?
Digital skills are no longer optional. They are a baseline requirement across almost every role in the Australian economy, yet, many professionals lack access to training that is timely, consistent and relevant across sectors, limiting their ability to adapt and progress.

Workforce analysis highlights a strong and ongoing demand for digital capability at two key levels:

  • Digitally Informed: Foundational knowledge and confidence in digital technologies, relevant to approximately 47 percent of the workforce.
  • Digitally Enabled: The practical use of digital tools and technologies to improve productivity, decision making and work outcomes, relevant to approximately 44 percent of the workforce.
Despite this demand, many existing training options are designed for narrow industry contexts and are not easily transferable. This creates barriers for individuals seeking clear, accessible pathways to build essential digital skills that are recognised across the economy.

Why Enrol?
This program offers a nationally consistent, high quality training and assessment pathway designed to meet real workforce needs. Participants will build practical, transferable digital capability that can be applied across roles, industries and settings.
